Warranty

At home elements, we provide 12 months return to base warranty for all our products from the date of purchase.

This warranty guarantees that our products are free from material defects and craftsmanship issues under normal residential use. It covers:

• Structural integrity of frames and construction,
• Manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship.

For minor defects, we will fix it within a reasonable time frame (normally within 3 months, please note that certain fittings may need to order from manufacturers which could extend the process). if we unable to repair the product then we will replace it. If a replacement is not possible, we will issue a refund.

For major defects, where the products cannot be repaired, the buyer is entitled to return the item and request a refund or a replacement product of equal value.

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, fading, pilling or softening of cushions)
• Damage caused by improper use, abuse, or accidents (e.g., stains, burns, or cuts).
• Problems resulting from improper assembly, cleaning or maintenance.
• Issues caused by environmental factors, like humidity or direct sunlight exposure.
