Do you have a showroom?
Yes, our showroom allows you to see and experience our furniture in person.
Do you offer custom furniture?
At this time, we do not offer custom furniture, but we have a carefully curated selection of high-quality pieces
Can I pre-order an item that is out of stock?
Yes, for certain products, we accept pre-orders. Contact us for estimated restock dates and pre-order availability.

How can I place an order?
You can place an order through our website, over the phone, or in-store.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, bank transfers, and other major payment options. We also offer financing options through Afterpay.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can only be modified or canceled before they are processed for shipping. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need changes.
Is payment required in full at the time of ordering?
Yes, full payment is required to confirm your order. However, if you choose a financing option, you can pay in installments.

Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes! We offer two-man delivery(white glove service) within Auckland and freight shipping across New Zealand.
Do you offer white glove delivery?
Yes, for Auckland metro deliveries, we offer a white glove service that includes delivery, unpacking, and assembly. Please contact us for more details.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary depending on location. Auckland deliveries typically take 3-7 days, while nationwide freight shipping takes 5 to 14 days.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery costs depend on the size of the item and your location. You can view shipping rates at checkout or contact us for a quote.
Do you offer same-day or express delivery?
At this time, we do not offer same-day delivery. However, we may be able to arrange express delivery for Auckland metro customers—please contact us to check availability.
Returns & Warranty
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition. A 15% restocking fee may apply. Clearance items are final sale.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice any damage, contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or repair.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes! Our products are covered by warranties ranging from 1 to 5 years, depending on the item. Contact us or check our warranty policy for specific warranty details.

Are the colours and materials exactly as shown in the pictures?
We try our best to represent colours accurately, but variations may occur due to lighting and screen differences. We have most of the items displaying in our showroom, you are welcome to come and view them in person.

Are your products flat-packed or fully assembled?

We provide detailed dimensions on each product page. We recommend measuring your space carefully before purchasing to ensure a good fit.
How do I care for my furniture?
