Delivery Areas & Services
Auckland Metro (Within 30km Radius)
· We offer a two-man white glove service delivery within a 30km radius from our showroom at 14 Botha Road, Penrose, Auckland.
· Standard delivery times typically range from 3-7 business days, depending on availability and scheduling.
White Glove Service
· Our White Glove Service ensures a premium delivery experience, including:
· In-home placement of your furniture in your desired room.
· Unpacking and assembly of eligible items.
· Removal of all packaging materials.
Other areas
· Orders outside Auckland are shipped via freight carriers to ensure safe handling of large and bulky items.
· Once the products have been thoroughly inspected and confirmed to be in good condition, we hand them over to the freight company for delivery. In the event of any damage occurring during transit, liability rests with the freight carrier’s insurance (if applicable).
· Delivery times vary depending on the location but generally range from 5-14 business days.
Shipping Costs
· Shipping costs vary based on location, size, and weight of the item.
· The final shipping fee will be calculated at checkout or provided upon request.
· If you are purchasing multiple items, we may be able to combine shipping to reduce costs.

Order Processing & Dispatch
· Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days before being dispatched.
· Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number (where applicable) to monitor your delivery status.
Delivery Conditions
· Customers must ensure that the delivery address is correct and accessible. Additional fees may apply for redelivery if no one is available to receive the order.
· If there are any special delivery requirements (e.g., difficult access, stairs, or narrow entryways), please inform us in advance to avoid delays or additional charges.
Damages & Issues
· We take great care in packaging and handling your order. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.
· Any claims for damaged or missing items after this period may not be accepted.
Rural & Remote Deliveries
· For rural or remote areas, delivery times may be longer, and additional freight costs may apply. Please contact us for a shipping quote before placing an order.
