Change of mind

Please choose your goods carefully, as we do not support a “change of mind” policy. We do not accept return or exchange if the products don’t suit your premises or needs.

Measurement

Please make sure to measure doorways, hallways, and any other openings through which the furniture will need to pass, and account for any potential obstructions. We are not obligated to refund or exchange your purchase if the furniture fails to fit due to incorrect measurements.

Additionally, we will not attempt to deliver goods into your home if there is any risk of damage from trying to fit them through doorways, hallways, or other openings, or over fences.

In special circumstances, if we agree to a return, a restocking fee of 15% will apply. The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Please note that delivery charges, assembly fees, and any costs associated with delivering items upstairs (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Order Cancellation Policy

In-stock items
Orders for in-stock items may be cancelled before dispatch or collection. Please notify us as soon as possible.

If the order has not been packed or dispatched, a full refund will be issued, less any transaction fees charged by the payment provider e.g., credit card (2%), Shopify fees (3%) or Afterpay fees (7%).

If the order has already been packed or inspected, or if delivery has been booked, cancellation will incur:

• A handling or freight fee to cover costs already incurred,
• A restocking fee of 15% of the full purchase amount.

Pre-order & Custom-made items
Orders for pre-order or custom-made items cannot be cancelled or refunded once placed, as production or shipping has already been committed. Please choose carefully before confirming your order.

A deposit of 50% of the full amount is required at the time of order. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to delivery or collection.

Clearance  items
Clearance items are sold as final sale and are not eligible for cancellation, exchange, or return.
