Refund & Cancellations
Change of Mind
We encourage all customers to choose carefully, as our furniture pieces are often made from natural materials and are not mass-produced.
While we do not generally accept returns or exchanges for change of mind (including if the product does not suit your space or preferences), we understand that situations may vary.
In some cases, at our discretion, we may offer:
- Store credit (valid for 12 months), or
- Exchange for another item
Any approved return will be subject to:
- A 15% restocking fee (based on the full purchase price), and
- Return shipping costs covered by the customer
Measurement & Access
To ensure a smooth delivery, we strongly recommend measuring all relevant areas prior to purchase, including:
- Doorways
- Hallways
- Staircases and access paths
If you’re unsure, our team is always happy to assist with sizing advice before you place your order.
Please note:
- We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges if items cannot fit due to incorrect measurements.
- Our delivery team will not attempt delivery if there is a risk of damage to the product or property (e.g. tight access, narrow hallways, or lifting over obstacles).
Delivery & Service Fees
Please note that the following costs are non-refundable:
- Delivery charges
- Assembly services
- Upstairs or difficult access fees (if applicable)
Order Cancellation Policy
In-stock Items
Orders for in-stock items may be cancelled prior to dispatch or collection. Please contact us as soon as possible.
- If the order has not yet been packed or dispatched, a refund will be issued, less any applicable transaction fees charged by payment providers (e.g. credit card 2%, Shopify 3%, Afterpay 7%).
- If the order has already been packed, inspected, or delivery has been arranged, the following may apply:
- A handling and/or freight fee to cover costs already incurred
- A 15% restocking fee based on the full purchase amount
Pre-order & Custom-made Items
Pre-order and custom-made items are produced or secured specifically for your order.
For this reason:
- Orders cannot be cancelled, refunded, or changed once confirmed
- A 50% deposit is required at the time of purchase
- This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable
- The remaining balance must be paid prior to delivery or collection
Clearance Items
All clearance items are sold as final sale.
They are not eligible for:
- Cancellation
- Return
- Exchange
- Refund
